The Rogue Hunter series is one that I am always anticipating the release of the next book. Zyra is one of my favorite characters in science fiction. As the series is very character driven Zyra is the reason you will keep coming back for more.
In this edition Zyra really has an emotional break through. Pretty much hits the lowest she's been so far and has to break through a wall. Sometimes you really want to punch her but I guarantee you'll love her.
The writing style is mostly done in dialogue. The focus is very much on Zyra and her personal growth each obstacle she faces. For one, Zyra is a bad ass bitch and you do not want to cross her. Yet also does not believe in killing just to get them out of your way.
I highly recommend this series, I have enjoyed reading it immensely and find myself constantly thinking about what Zyra will go through next. I consider this author to be a must-buy. These stories are very entertaining you'll fly right through them.
